The spiral mixer model AEX – with automatic dough extraction – is a machine which does two jobs: 1. Mixing. 2. Extraction of the dough. All of this is due to an extremely simple, safe and efficient system, which consists of simply changing the direction of rotation of the mixer at the end of the mixing phase. When the mixing arm (which has a spiral shape) changes the direction of rotation, it lifts the dough to the top of the trough; from there, the expulsion mechanism pushes it up to the exterior of the machine. The extracted dough can be placed: a) On a work table. b) On a conveyor belt which lifts it and places it directly on the hopper of the divider.
