The control panel, with I-Click, is the latest improved control systems version for retarder proofers, intuitive and easy to handle and clean. It controls all the fermentation stages with 20 storable programs for both daily and weekly management. The condensing unit is ready to work in environments up to +43 ° C with ventilation at low revs. Optionally, it may be built with sound insulation, ideal for urban areas. The evaporator equipment is protected by a special anti-corrosion process. The fans, placed in the evaporators, distribute the air in the proofer at low speed through stainless steel pipes, which ensure the uniformity of the air flow and the temperature.
